Clarion is a poor product. Their windows version is one big kludge. As of yet, they haven't bothered to develop an ODBC driver, which goes to show just how much of a joke their product is. As for the programmer not being able to establish a DDE connection, that is probably because Clarion's DDE isn't fully implimented yet.

IMHO, you are asking for trouble trying to continue the windows app in clarion. You're better off recreating the tables in fox and just converting it.
