Having read articles on the "Implements" feature in VFP, I was wondering whether it is possible to create a New Mail event in Outlook 98. The articles I have read all seem to deal with Outlook 2000 or later.

Looking through the "Outlook 98 Type Library" in the Object Browser I could not see any event that would allow me to check when a new mail arrived.


I already have a program that polls the inbox for new messages etc, but being to trap for new mail as it arrives would be better.
