Actually, yes I did and I did not have any problems. I've been running the machine since with no problems too. Very strange. Did you programmers actually receive those messages you state below after converting to NTFS in XP?
I was already aware of the extra space required when converting to NTFS so I ensured I had the space before I started.
I did'nt lose any data during/after the process either.
