Nope, definitely not parthenogenesis, I'd rather describe the case as the peak of mimicry. Surrounded by females (even the previous guinea pigs)... The poor guy has even forgotten how to fly. He learned how to open the cage, and would get on its roof, and then was too afraid to get down any other way but by slowly climbing down, which was tricky.
Oh, I forgot, we had a male dog, but we never let him in. He was snoring outside.
