Yes, I have installed version 3 right now and it doesn't work with error code 80004005. But VB object browser shows that GetSVGDocument returns IDispatch in both versions. Object browser also shows that SVGDocument is now absent in type library. May be, this function is no longer working.
More over, after installing of 3 version, previous version no longer work.
