Thanks for sending this through, and we appreciate the simple steps. I can reproduce it with no problem, and it has been reported.

As you mentioned in the mail you sent with the steps, the specific instance you are running into only only happens when using the debugger in the FoxFrame; when using the Debugger frame it does not lock the fxp.
