By placing the alltrim() in it slows down performance dramatically, what I have noticed using (3054,11) Rushmore in NONE .

We noticed tremendous performance degregation, with file sizes of 25K records plus

We do a bunch of locate(), filtering, sum, seek() as well as SQL Select .

Finally, we found out that one of our ex-programmers who left a year ago had not checked for Rushmore AT ALL, and our app. is a monster to say the least.
