>I am interested in any comments or suggestions concerning the incorporation of an existing application framework. I purchased Visual Maxframe but have found that it is too time consuming figuring out what can be used and what can't for the particular application your working on. It is also poorly documented. I see that Visual ProMatrix is menu driven and may be more user friendly. All comments and help would be greatly appreciated since it is taking me way too long to gear up and generate an application.

Ray,
I would suggest that you look at Visual FoxExpress.. It is more than a framework, it is an application generator (on steriods!!).. I will preface this with the fact I do NOT work for the authors.. I however, use they products (they have a 2.x version that does fantastic things!!) and use the VFP version too. The company that makes this is called F1 (used to be Neon software), and they a great bunch of people to work with and get help from..

They have a sample application here on the UT, so why not download it and see how much work is involved to build an application.. Plus, they offer a standard 30 return policy and lots of support via their website (www.f1tech.com).

Let me know if you have more questions or whatever..

Thanx!
