I have the same experience here. When you mention the word "Icon" to such individuals they have no concept of what you mean! You can explain it ten times a day to the same person but tomorrow is a new world. They have to be told the same thing over and over. They also have his/her own language to refer to a specific technical term. What is interesting is that they use the same term each time. I wish they could substitute the correct word so we could communicate and not have to translate. Tis a loosing battle. Some people do not want to learn. Perhaps it is all a game. :)
