The easy way is creating your reports using FPD26. You can call then from VFP (never try to open it from VFP).
From VFP try this way:
REPORT FORM yourreport.frx TO FILE file.txt NOCONSOLE
!TYPE file.txt >PRN
The only problem is that you need Foxpro for DOS, but it works great.
