Thanks to Steve, Nadya and Roi for help with this issue. Steve's nugget on using the table name in front of the first field was the key.

Now I have a new issue related to the list box.

The list box is displaying the values of a specific field (i.e. FIELDS is the RowSourceType). I am filtering on the table for Active = .T. (Active is a field in the table). The Active flag can be set to .F. via the interface for any record. When that occurs, what I find is that the list box continues to show the value for the record that was just filtered out until I click on the list box. As a newbie I tinkered with refresh but it didn't help. So...

How do I refresh/reset the list box so it shows the correct list of non-filtered values?
