As oppose to last night, the behavior is different today. So, for last night behavior, it was probably related to a local issue. I have found the problem. I don't know how to fix it however.

In that page, if I have a SELECT tag, it will make the rollover to be slow. If I remove the SELECT tag, it'll be ok. However, I need that tag. I'm trying to find a workaround.

And, the tag has been cut to its minimum. For example, that is what cause the problem:

...<TD><SELECT></SELECT></TD>...

If I just remove that tag, all is ok.

...<TD></TD>...
