How can I turn off the Microsoft Outlook warning feature?

I'm trying to programmatically go through my unread messages in my mail box.
When I issue the following MAPI statement:
"oMapi.MAPImessage.msgIndex = 1"

It prompts up a warning window:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this?"
