I had previously asked about "Creating a report with links to another report" message#612220.
Well, I got my hands on a copy of Crystal Reports 7 & designed the reports I needed - I used subreports instead of drilldown because I needed them in specific formats. The reports look good & they work (in CR) the way I want them to.
Now, I need to convert them to a non-CR user friendly format - HTML specifically would be ideal. The data & reports will be burned on a CD for client delivery - along with other pdf & html files. The problem is when I export the main report to an HTML file, the subreports don't export with it. I can export the subreports manually (which would take hours), but even then the links would be missing. The CR exe is not the way my boss wants to go since it has that window that pops up & asks if you want to print to window...etc. Is there a way to skip it???
