What do you mean by linked -- batch update on a periodic basis or concurrently writing to both the a comparable VFP and SQL Server table -- and where is the VFP table located -- locally or accessed via ODBC?

I am now putting finishing touches on VFP routine to migrate VFP table to SQL Server (not using the upgrade wizard) including many datatype changes. I can share the approach with you if that is what you need. I have not stress tested it yet, but I am relying heavily or SQL Server stored procedures.
