Thanks for the info: let me clarify what I'm looking for...

I have setup some views within a .dbc container that work just fine once I've setup a permanent connection on a machine. However, I would like to define that connection through a setup routine that will allow the dbc views to be valid. At this point, the only way I've found to do this is to setup the connections myself or, worse, try to talk a client through setting it up.

Is this possible? Is there a better method than the one I'm trying?
