Please forgive me. I am new to internet programming. I am a VFP programmer. I don't understand what DL, archive and _save target as is.

Please spoon feed,be gentle and provide me with sample code.

If you want the user to DL it , then you should either instruct them to use _save target as..._ , or put the file in an archive , because when the user clicks it , most browsers will open a dialog and ask the user whether he wants to DL it or open it .
