Did you register these three files? You may also need to update some of the system files that these depend on if the server hasn't been kept "up-to-date". You can use the Depends utlity to check what files are dependent. That's why sometimes it easier to let the hard work that someone else already did to create the installer merge files is really easier in the long run.
