Ouch! This one made by brain hurt trying to remember why I this property was set to False! At any rate, you're right, it no longer needs to be set to False...I changed this requirement but neglected to change the documentation. I'll change it in the upcoming version of the Framework and add a homage to Gary Pike in the What's New Guide!
