Hhmmm.... is any part of the view connected over to another system/dbc?? I tend to think your error is somehow related to field locking as well... If not... is there any way for the view to be called while some other update on the local machine is running? This, too, will of course also lock up a view until the update is complete...


If not... does another CPU operate the same view stand alone without a problem?? If they don't either, then there may be a difficulty in the view itself....
