MS help files and samples contain all directions. I did managed to go steps for them and create a simple ISAPI application.
P.S. It is recommended to use more advanced tools for creating WEB applications based on VFP: West-Wind WEB Connection or Active FoxPro Pages. You will spend some time on learning, but creating of WEB applications will be much more easier for you and much more quick.
