This would not make a lot of sense, even if it were possible.

The objects on the form at design time are not class definitions, they are references to class definitions which are stored in libraries. You cannot make changes to a reference, only to the original code.

This is why you cannot do it in VFP 7.0 and I doubt very much if you will be able to do it in VFP 8.0 either.
