No so hard :)

1- For the size of text problem, run the builder and in the column, select the EditBox control (in the page of layout)

2- Select the grid, and do rigth click and select edit, then, select the combo and drag-n-drop onto the column. Go to the property editor, select the column and in the defaul control select the combo.
