Hi Plinio.
I'm taking a couple of stabs here. 1st if the form is hit repeatedly, not just once, and there is code in the Load event, experiment by moving it to the Init. Next, I would move the call to the Menu outside the form. Try to see if the problem follows the menu, or follows the form. If it seems to be in the menu you may have to back out your new additions to your menu, one at a time, until the problem goes away. Then you know where to look.
