Does anyone know why this is happenning ? It is a Win 95 problem? It's looks like the program eats memory until after awhile there is no more left. The pc has 32 meg RAM and 2 gig harddrive memory.

What Ver Vfp are you running. What does the exe do ? Data rebuilds--- print reports--- just sit and monitor data.
Need a little more info.
