I am using the west wind FTP connection to send a file. Once I have a connection how do I change directories "CD". Connect to the root, and I get a success, but I do not see my file!!! I was told I do not have access to the root. Why would I get a return value of 0 and not a number that means access denied?

But, back to the main question How do I change directories, after I get my FTP connection?
