How small? If we can cut between 2-3 programmers project you can calculate alone. Standard hours per month are 170.

What tools are you familiar with (VFE, Stonefield, XCASE, etc)?
We usualy use our own frame work or write it depend on project needs. We hate to work with dark boxes. That is the reason some of my projects to work without any support 3-5 years.
