In designing a SQL select command producing a query involving 6 tables some of the tables join properly and others, rather than joining with their counterpart records in the other table (as specified in the ON parameter) join instead with the first record in that table. All tables are indexed on the fields being matched.

Anyone have any ideas what may be wrong?
