The error occurrs immdiately after you double click the icon. Yes, I have ActiveX controls being installed in a subdirectory of the application root. They install and register properly.

The application will run on a machine that has the VFP development environment already installed. This leads me to think there may something wrong the runtime files ISE installs or the way they are installed. Both the development environment and ISE install the files in the same place.
