I understand the TaxRI Builder has been around for a while, and used successfully in a few applications. IMO, your program now deserves to take the "Beta" out of the description (second line in readme.txt).
BTW, the option to disable RI now lets me update a database structure (which I do with an APPEND BLANK for every table that changed) in minutes, instead of hours.
