Michael,
Go into the class browser, and open up the form. You can view the class code, and it will contain everything...cut and paste the entire contents into a .prg file. There may be some properties that don't have the correct default values using this method. IOW, if I remember right, some of the properties (the ones you haven't given values to) may default to .f. when they need to default to the empty string.
However, if you are wanting to take it back to a class library when you are done, the reverse is not so easy...
