I think the one you want is the 'Converter' (badly named, true). The Creator is actually a PDF Viewer that allows the user to construct PDF's by hand from scratch or from pre-existing PDF files.

Anyway, that's all I can tell from their site. I suppose their free download will answer any questions....

I use the 'Converter' for my apps - it works just great.
