Hi I have written a small utility to clear down items from a large stock header file and also to clear child records in another 12 or so tables. It's all in Foxpro 2.6 for DOS...

During the packing of the tables whilst there is no call to the printer or anything like that I get an error (my lpt1 printer is not connected btw...) - the error is "There was an error found writing to lpt1..." It's as if it's trying to print something periodically? When the utility had finished I had about 16 documents waiting to be printed...

Any ideas how to prevent this?
