No. Sorry, it seems I misunderstood your original question.
But probably you have to check somewhere in the registry. Run REGEDIT, and search for some string you know should be in installed programs.
If you find something, the next question, then, is "how to access the Windows Registry".
Oh, and be careful when playing with the registry. If you change certain critical entries, you may have to re-install the OS.
