You can do this with a ListBox control; however, it is only available if you manually add items to the list. If you do that, you can then specify a picture to go with it.
With THIS
.AddItem('John Doe',1,1)
.Picture(1) = 'male.bmp'
.AddItem('Jane Doe',2,1)
.Picture(2) = 'female.bmp'
Endwith
Depending on the number of entries, this may or may not be acceptable for performance reasons.
