There are many, many of these. Some of the most common ones in addition to IMO and TIA are: IMHO (in my humble opinion), AFAIC (as far as I'm concerned), AFAIK (as far as I know), YMMV (your mileage may vary, which means "you may get different results"), BTW (by the way), and OIC ("Oh, I see"). You can find a lot of places on the Web that provide lists of these so-called three-letter acronyms (or TLA's < s >). Go to
