Just a note. The problem occurs when I click on the Exit button or use the hot key of the Exit button it. The Validating Event does not fire if I just tab to the Exit button which actually defeats the purpose, because I want the Validate event to fire if the user hits the tab key. I don't want it to fire if the user clicks on the Exit button or uses the Exit button Hot key.
