I have one. Before I installed it, I was walking to the living room to check TV for a few minutes to catch some news and stuff like that. Then, I thought, well, the TV tuner wouldn't change that much as I'll continue to do the same. Now, I realize, that most of the times, if I wouldn't have a TV tuner, I would not walk to the living room. :)

Sometimes, it allows me to continue to work on UT, while watching the hockey game. Otherwise, I would have probably skipped one period before stopping to work.
