They've really done a pretty big effort here also in non-obvious areas like C++ debugging of system components. For example, I'm now *finally* able to debug ISAPI extensions without completely re-configuring my entire Win2k security setup. Also when building the builds now work correctly for pulling data from various configs which before only worked properly with MakeFiles.
The ShellAutomation features are superb - although a while to absorb. Total control over everything down to the character that you're editing in the editor.
I still hate the HTML editor (WYSIWYG), though - this is a bummer, and probably one of the most import features that just doesn't live up to something as humongous as VS.NET...
