While creating some forms I removed some controls and replaced them with controls of other types - during the compilation the compiler said I had errors, do I want to continue? I answer No to view the errors and NO ERRORS!!!

After going back and removing any custom events I left behind I still couldn't get the compiler to display the errors.

I exited VS and started it once again and this time the compiler displayed the errors. The error was a pretty simple error - I was missing a quote.

The compiler should've cought that, no? Maybe .NET was confused by the removal of the controls? Anyone have any idea?
