Once the header is corrupted, the table does not change. So any further records are not recoverable.
It is reasonable to assume that the engine detects the problem and simply aborts the 'add', without reporting the error.
So there is no way for SDT, (or any other utility) to recover the data, though it certainly corrects the header.
The workaround I suggested is the only thing I can think of that prevents data loss, the extent of which is difficult to determine, let alone fix.

>When you said that no futher records were added did you mean the the reccount in the header was not updated or that the physical records were not added to the table? In other words, are these records recoverable?
