Imagine you and Michael Jordan play basketball, but you have asked him to play with lead shoes and one had behind his back so you can win. Then you publish in LARGE letters "Helland beats Jordan" and in the text of the article all you mention is "Jordan was artifically given a small disadvantage in the game."
I think this is one of the types of situations they're trying to prevent.
