Nothing. Zilch.
I guess my point is that this discussion of VB.NET to C#, while interesting, is of secondary importance for people who need to implement .NET. Much more important is the comparison of managed vs unmanaged code and the advantages of writing managed code that runs inside the runtime. [To the IS managers: its because programmers will be more productive.]
