>Creep.. <g>

LOL.. you could have gone down to Smiths and bought them, just like I did.

>Seriously, that is so cool. We're watching the downhill stuff tonight. Holy smokes.. Those guys rip down the hill.

THey're crazy! I would never go down a hill like they do. THey go MUCH faster than me and the hill is MUCH steeper than I want to try. I was watching the moguls yesterday. I have lots of respect for those skiers too. Moguls are TOUGH to ski.

>I have to say that things have gone far better than I had hoped. Seems like the folks planning this thing have done their homework. BTW.. The very day prior to the Olympics and a few days before we had what I think was the nastiest inversion I've ever seen around here. It was bad. The morning of the Olympics we had a short heavy snow storm pass through. Driving to work on ice at 10 MPH was no fun whatsoever but man oh man did it make things prety and clear up the air. Followed by crystal clear and not too cold temperatures and it honestly could not have been better.

Yup, it was bad. I read several articles on the web about the inversion. So far, things are going wonderfully!!! The TV ratings are HUGE!
