I had got a alternative solution. As follow .

create class base on toolbar, place a container in it so i can insert every
thing to the container. set movable and sizable to .f. .

the most importantce is to place a NODEFAULT in double click Event.
It can prevent user dblclick the bar to make jump off of its position.
The dblclick event firing when dblclick on the border and TITLE of a toolbar.


create the object the dock it to the bottom of screen.

It is flexible cause i can do everything with vfp code in it.


One drawback, the aspect is slightly different with a real toolbar.
There is a thin line there.
