All you have to do is:

1) write HTML files (you can use text mode, but if you prefer WYSIWYG, use FrontPage Express - it comes free with Internet Explorer 5)

2) Create a new project with HTML Help Compiler (included in VFP CD).

3) In the HTML Help Compiler, create a table of contents, and add the HTML files.

If you want to create HTML files with a text editor, the HTML Help Compiler will create new HTML files, with the most important tags in place.
