John;

Sometimes an advocacy of a specific technical approach is called “a theology”. We were taught In Catholic School that “God creates and man modifies”. I would like to suggest that god in this case is Microsoft and man has modified his words to suit themselves. So god has declared that C# is “elegant” and man has modified this with additional superlatives. I guess we have a .NET theology in the process of creation and about to be revealed.

Why is the San Francisco .NET kick off going to be on February 13th? Ash Wednesday – the beginning of Lent? Perhaps there is a message there. Oh never mind! :)

Tom

>The word is in the help docs that describe C#. Typically, MS puts out reviewer guides for products. The descriptions that the press uses typically come from these guides. Hence, the words used to describe MS products are not the product of original thoughts...

>>>How is that? MS does use the word elegant in its documentation. Therefore, it is a description that MS uses and that other people use that same description. In other words, it is not an original thought....
