De gustibus non est disputandum, but then that's what we're doing here.
Somehow I rate DS9 as the top - it had the most of the good text, and the least of the fillers (like most of the "Doctor wants to sing" and "holodeck has gone crazy" episodes in Voyager were). Seems to be Enterprise is a close second so far, but can't really tell until next year, when I'll yet have to feel my pulse - will I want to watch a rerun or not?
The weak side of Enterprise so far is the number of characters. How many crew members did you get to know as personalities, and how many are there just as extras? This rate is what makes DS9 far more convincing, and makes Enterprise look like a string quartet compared to a symphonic orchestra.
