The screen named "myscreen" would consists of two files myform.scx (dbf) and myform.sct(memo). The message means that memo part of your screen got lost or corrupted. If it got lost than there is nothing you can do but restore from backup, if you've one. If it's corrupted you can try any memo field fixing routine you may have. Don't forget to make backup copy before you try that. The last would be to open the screen as table, if you can, and try to salvage some snippet code.
