How Can I Create the .CDX file when it is damaged...

I'm trying to make a PRG that create the Indexes of a table when the .CDX file is damaged. I open the DBC file with "USE " and I see that the table contains the index tags for each table, but i don´t see the Expression and filter of the indexes.
